Guy first discovered that he had musical abilities before he was even potty trained and was revered as a master of complex atonal and poly rhythmic compositions whilst at playgroup. His teachers described him as 'special'. At the age of 4 his parents realised that he needed special attention so as to harness his musical gifts beyond simply head-butting stationary objects til he reached semi consciousness and this is when he first discovered the guitar. Guy's early influences included GnR; “I would spend hours jamming along to Appetite. That to this day is my favorite album of all time. I love the way his solos are all pieces of music in their own right. All very melodic and memorable.” Lately Guy can be found in the classrooms of London trying pathetically hard to pass on his enthusiasm for guitar to bored kids. He can also be found on stage at a wedding near you. Rock. |

Born with disproportionately large hands and feet it was only natural that Ed Broad felt an instinctive inclination towards drumming. Ed started his drumming life on the hardcore/punk underground scene playing to literally tens of people across the UK. His drumming style often likened to that of some kind of 'beat machine' draws influence from numerous, obscure alt-rock and metal bands to create a satisfying blend of rich herbs and spices. After re-locating to London Ed realised that folk-rock was where the real crowds were at. Combining this with his tee-total nature and a plethora of function gigs, ed broad really is a name synonymous with 'rock 'n' roll'. |
